So happy to find a honest and good company. Matt has great communication skills and he was able to make an appointment around my schedule. He explained the issue to me as he was fixing it. It's not always easy to find super honest, efficient and trustworthy people. Matt is the real deal! My pool cleaner didn't know how to fix the issue. Matt shows up with a mobile pool shop. He was so quick to diagnose and repair the pool heater. Well worth his services to have peace of mind it was done right.
Matt is helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I called Matt at 1pm with a Pool Equipment issue that was going to interrupt a get together that we we're hosting in a few hours. One hour after my initial call, Matt was at our house sorting out our problem. He diagnosed and corrected the issue in short order. All the while patiently explaining why the system stopped working. Matt saved the day. Thank You Matt!
After several attempts and being repeatedly routed to voicemail, someone finally answered the phone. Unfortunately, the person was quite rude and sounded irritated. I was simply trying to inquire about scheduling a visit for a pool heater repair. It is disappointing and unprofessional to be treated in such a manner, especially when reaching out with a genuine service inquiry.
It was a pleasure working with Matt and the Pool Pros team. Matt provided a clear plan to drain, clean and refill the pool after the Palisades fire. He answered questions and provided excellent service. The pool looks beautiful. Highly recommend!
