The folks here are always very knowledgeable and helpful. I get my water tested here and have purchased chemicals and pool equipment.
I can't say enough good things about Pool Pro - We purchased a Bullfrog M9 spa from them about 3 years ago. It is a great spa that has held up really well and continues to run great! We have had a few issues here and there over the years and Isaac has stepped up every time. He is very responsive and works hard to keep everything running as it should. We have been using Pool Pro for the last couple of years and I kept thinking I need to write a review. As always, their service, communication, and people are TOP NOTCH! Today Nate and Connor opened our pool for the season and did an outstanding job! Their friendliness, courtesy, and the need for customer satisfaction attitude shines through. The older gentleman behind the register was so helpful and knowledgeable as I find that most of the people are that work here. I was surprised as we enjoy mid- October, cool autumn days in Pennsylvania that none of the chemicals were on sale. I pray that all these small businesses can stay a float during this time of inflation when people are struggling to afford the basics like food and shelter.
