The older gentleman behind the register was so helpful and knowledgeable as I find that most of the people are that work here. I was surprised as we enjoy mid- October, cool autumn days in Pennsylvania that none of the chemicals were on sale. I recently had the pleasure of using Pool Pro's services for our old pool heater, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, everything was incredibly efficient and straightforward. Especially after dealing with 2 other companies, one never called back and other sent a technician that was not interested in diagnosing.
