I can't say enough good things about Pool Pro - We purchased a Bullfrog M9 spa from them about 3 years ago. It is a great spa that has held up really well and continues to run great! We have had a few issues here and there over the years and Isaac has stepped up every time. He is very responsive and works hard to keep everything running as it should. We have been using Pool Pro for the last couple of years and I kept thinking I need to write a review. As always, their service, communication, and people are TOP NOTCH! Today Nate and Connor opened our pool for the season and did an outstanding job! Their friendliness, courtesy, and the need for customer satisfaction attitude shines through.
