We have been a customer of Pool Pro Jimboomba for almost 7 years. They were normally okay, but 5 weeks before Christmas we requested a full pool service closer to Christmas so the grandkids were safe. A week before Christmas we were told by them that we were booked in for 23 December. At lunchtime on the 23rd we rand and were told it would be next day on 24th.
