Dated 8/21/2020, Pool Pro replaced my pool pump for $1100. The contract says that the pump will be "covered under a three (3) year warranty for Jandy on Parts". The pump completely broke on 3/3/2023. I was told by Pool Pro's office that the owner says that the warranty was a mistake. And I have not heard back from them since.
Hassle free, down to earth pool care.
We just used Pool Pro to remodel our inground pool. These guys are totally amazing! Did exactly what they agreed to. Showed up when they were supposed to, and; their work was absolutely magnificant. They may not be the cheapest, but they are certainly the BEST at what they do. I'd never use any other company!
