After several years of being a Pool Pro customer, our pool needed the liner replaced after a storm. It took Pool Pro two months to do an estimate for the insurance complany (lost the request twice) and then, finally, asked my husband to describe damage over of the phone. Their rep said they did not want to waste time coming down to Iva. When we were finally given a start date, they show up (4:30pm) and stated they would not do pool repair without addidtional money - It is now mid-June and we still do not have a pool.
