I found pool palace west to be nothing but professional and courteous with a great work ethic on time to the minute left the place nice and clean after all works were done very professional couldn’t ask for anything more
2 years of no solar due to a dodgy pump. Replaced twice from the guys in penrith and they still couldnt get it working. Had Steve from pool palace erskine park come around and had the original pump going in 15 minutes with it now working perfectly. I cant recommend enough!
Steve sent his guys to commission my pool after a refurbish. Truly professional knew thier stuff, cleaned, scrubbed, added everything next day sparkling like a picture postcard. Most Impressed
We had Jai come out this morning and install a new saltwater chlorinator. He took the time to make sure we purchased what was right and service was unreal! Definitely recommend!
I have dealt with Steve who runs & owns Pool Palace West since he & his partner bought the shop 5+years ago. I can’t praise Steve & his team enough. Steve & his team always provide the best customer service & professionalism when they need to do a service call to install/fix a specific part, eg: New Pool Pump/Filter or anything else. Should anyone be searching for the best & most reliable pool shop, then you don’t need to search anymore. I highly recommend Pool Palace West for all your pools needs.
