Jai recently came out and installed a new chlorinator system for us. He was really thorough, explained everything clearly and made sure we understood how it all worked. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job properly and making sure we had something that was going to last and work well for us, rather than just getting the job done and leaving.
Jai is very reliable. He always does a great job with our pool services. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of work. As a first time pool owner we are so grateful for all of Jai’s hard work!

Just recently I purchased a SKIMMING pool cleaner . Now , I don’t pretend to know anything about pools but Jai , from Pool Palace West came to the rescue . Jai , helped set up the app on my phone , explained how to use app , explain how to use and maintain the cleaner , addressed any concerns as well offering to take packaging away so no rubbish was left behind before leaving . I would highly recommend Pool Palace West the customer service is excellent, they make you feel at ease and no question is silly. Jai is exceptional always helpful and always makes sure he does an excellent job, my pool stays blue all year round thanks to him. Steve in the store is always helpful any question you ask he has the answer and if he doesn’t he goes out of his way to find.
