I have been having my Pool water tested at Pool Pallace for the last 5 years and in the beginning I was very sceptical if they sold things for your pool that you do not need but after a while gong there that Steve and his son Jai have a lot of experience in the pool field and extensive knowledge on a lot of products and the advice is super good advise and would highly recommend visiting Pool Pallace for good prices and solid advice So if you see Steve or Jia they are equally good at there job
Very friendly and courteous service. Take good care of their customers. Provide excellent advice on how to maintain the pool and also cheaper alternatives. Highly recommend their service
The guys are knowledgeable friendly and helpful. They are more than willing to assist with any pool related questions and issues and always treat me in a friendly and respectful manner. I highly recommend them and would never go anywhere else.
Steve, the owner, is always good fun – you never walk out without having had a laugh. Jye, Steve’s young bloke, definitely deserves a special mention. His growth in knowledge, customer service, and people skills has really stood out during our last couple of visits. Keep up the great work! It’s such a good feeling to walk into a pool shop and know you can trust the advice you’re given. Every time we leave, we feel well looked after. I’ll happily continue to recommend them to friends and family.
