I recently overheard a Zoom session for one of Pool Operation Management’s courses, and I was truly shocked by the level of unprofessionalism displayed by the Florida-based instructor. This was not a group of teenagers—everyone on the call sounded like mature adults, many likely over 50—yet the instructor spoke to them in an absolutely unacceptable and demeaning manner. I have used this company for myself and all my employees. Never had any issues until now. The online class for testing was suppose to be around 1 pm, didn't start until 3pm. My employee had to call out for his evening job and I had to pay extra for his time to complete test. I spoke with company and they didn't offer any help or retesting without extra charges after already paying $450 for the online test!
The entire team at POM are professional, friendly and always on time. Great communicators ! My pool always looks great thanks to them. A++
