Horrible experience since Jason’s passing. Awful customer service, super rude and messy. Left our equipment in a a state; did not drain the hose properly. Assured me I didn’t need to be home and when I complained, she took offence that I was an unhappy customer. Like, deal with it. That’s literally how customer service works. You do a trash job, people will complain. I would not recommend these people to anyone. Shoddy, lazy, messy work.
