I’ve trusted Ryan Rasmussen with our pool for 13 years. Before precision, pool and patio were our go to for pool water and repair. I’ve been pleased to continue after Precision bought p&p. Steve in service is great too as well as Kyle and so sorry-can’t remember the other service provider.
I have worked with Ryan for almost two decades now. Their service and help has gone above and beyond. I own a property management company and have always gotten my communities supplied by Precision because of their quality, responsiveness, and availability to service multiple pools and spas throughout the communities I manage. The staff smiled and greeted us as we walked in, offered us water to drink, and helped us get our chemicals tested and balanced. And the store is nice and clean. I truly felt like a valued customer while being there and will continue to return for our pool needs.
