(Hello, in response to the 1 star review.) My name is Matthew and I am co-owner manager of Pool ‘N’ Patio. I must say we try our hardest to accomplish our jobs to the best of our abilities everyday. I am shocked at your review and dismayed. There is nothing “shady” as you said, about Pool N Patio or our business practices at all. We are the most honest people out there. They have had our 6 telescope patio chairs for 10 months to restring. They never answer the phone and have said they are coming many times then nothing. This is a shady business. I’m going to report to Better Business Bureau.

These guys are great! Highly recommend for any spa needs. Rod is always willing to answer any questions I have. Being a local business, I feel as though our whole experience has been much more personal than other companies who had reached out to us. I have already recommended Pool N Patio to a number of my coworkers who are looking for their own hot tubs.
