Pool troopers stole the salt cell off my saltwater pool system essential making it a conventional chlorine pool. No reply when I ask for it back, no credit so much as offered. Shady company doing shady business. Employee retention also must be gawd awful as my pool boy would change every other week. The icing on the cake was the three extra months of charges to my account after terminating service. Would recommend them to my worst enemy.

This company it’s terrible very bad I have complained to this company for a while about techs not doing their job non the less no one cares so, today I saw the pool and this is what I found, fungus growth inside my pool that tells u how good of a job they have been doing, non the less I did cancel service from this people, they can’t even do their job properly for what u are being charge stay away from this company look at the pictures I post for reference, the whole pool is like that. I was ignored while in the store. More than enough people in the building which is only 1300sq ft and didn't Acknowledge a Customer. Avoid at all cost ! It’s about 3 other pool companies.5 miles away.

The staff here is so helpful!!!! I never feel over sold on supplies or equipment. They help me maintain my own pool, and give me helpful money saving tips.
