AVOID THIS COMPANY. Absolutely terrible customer service. I repeatedly notified them that something was wrong because my pool was not being cleaned properly. Just four days after their service, my pool started turning green. Instead of taking responsibility, inspecting the issue, or trying to make it right, their solution was to simply remove me from their service route. They clearly don’t stand behind their work and would rather lose a customer than fix their mistakes. Save yourself the frustration and hire someone else.
Good morning in this store I brought a sample of water from my pool because it was a little green they recommended me to put 5 pounds of bicarbonate and they told me that in 3 hours it would become like a glass. I put the product and it got like honey after three days it was still the same I take another sample now they tell me that I need to put something for the algae they treated me in a way that is not treated to a customer they only cared about selling their products nothing else no matter what happens to you it is as i... read more
