I get it. It might not be your dream job testing water. But how about a greeting, a smile? Had a water sample analyzed as I had a problem. It was like pulling teeth to get a recommended treatment. The print outs are great but the customer service was pretty much non-existent. Asked about using a different chemical that I already had and got the “well I’d have to recalculate that”. Worst customer service! When they want your money they are really courteous but if you ask them to help solve an issue, they are rude and condescending. Will never go back.
Love this place! The service is fantastic. I have come many times for chemicals and have arrived just after closing. They always help out and offer to grab me whatever I need fantastic staff.
