I get it. It might not be your dream job testing water. But how about a greeting, a smile? Had a water sample analyzed as I had a problem. It was like pulling teeth to get a recommended treatment. The print outs are great but the customer service was pretty much non-existent. Asked about using a different chemical that I already had and got the “well I’d have to recalculate that”.
