I’m really disappointed with the experience we had. We scheduled our pool opening months in advance, and when the crew arrived, they essentially only removed the cover and installed the handles. There was no meaningful pool startup process completed beyond that. What’s even more frustrating is that this same company was also the one who closed the pool for the season, yet when we opened it, the pool was left green, dirty, and in terrible condition.
