Since the fellow who built the pool master business and sold it a couple of years ago, the place is awful. I had to call them twice to come out and clean the pool and they still didn't get it right. It used to be an excellent business. What happened to all the competent employees they had?
MaryLou Sapp was Totally satisfied with the new owner that the deal Wayne worked out for her and The service Tech that came to my house was very efficient and thorough going over the pu.mp funtions and the pool! As fR as Nick goes he deserves Employee of the year for Customer Service! He definitely is your go to for being helpful! I would highly recommend Pool Masters to Everyone now they have New Owners!
Danial my tech changed my pool pump and was very friendly! Very efficient! Cleaned up job site! Explained built-in timer and timer thet will run during the day. Explained size of motor and also 3 valve funtions of my pool. Showed me how to drain the pool. Showed me correct pool level. "Cannot never say enough about Nicks Costomer Service" He Derserves a Medal in Custer Service and Employee of the year! He is the most friendly customer service guy you could ask for! These guys really are terrible. Employees are not empowered and they are clueless...owner will NOT call u back and is never there. Highly recommend not doing business with them. Update the owner called me yesterday to argue ...plenty of proof I'm a customer. So this is who you want to business with...a guy that will lie and tell the world a guy that had a bad experience is not a customer.
