I called them to do a cleaning of a sand filter. The tech came out, gave me a quote to swap it to a cartridge filter, which was out of my budget. So when I let him know that I'd like to keep the current filter and just clean it, I was told it would have to be done another day, which was completely fine with me. But I was still charged a service fee. I don't know for what. The call was for the cleaning. So they knew what I wanted. Would not recommend.
Austin is the real MVP. This gentleman always goes above and beyond for us. Does his work with a smile on his face and always explains everything. Thank you for being so amazing
Horrendous. Can’t keep a pool or filter clean and customer service is of no help. Had them for almost two years and they went straight down hill.
