I have been coming down to plant city for two years and go to my daughters to visit. It wasn’t until this year that I could actually go into their pool. There is no chlorine smell and I don’t get bad reactions being in the pool water. I found out that their subdivision switched to pool masters. Thank you for an awesome job on the pool!!!

Got chlorine to clean siding. Fair price. But I was hurt at check out due to a broken price sign. Wish I would have taken a picture. But I cut on my arm about 2 inches long. This should have been fix so things like this don't happen.
Been having a hard time finding a new cartridge filter for an old Jacuzzi Splash Pak pump that won’t die. Wayne was very helpful in finding me a new filter in time for upcoming summer pool fun. The young lady working the sample testing desk is always so friendly and helpful. Been using Poolmasters for years.
Use at your own risk. Technician showed up unannounced to do a repair. Then left without talking to me to tell me that he was done or what he actually did. About five days later found out that when he worked on our heater he turned it on and left without saying what he did or what to look for. So unknown to me he actually turned the heat on for the pool, and it was heating to 102 for five days and I could not turn the heat off from the main controls or the app because the tech forgot to sync the new control board with the ma... read more
