I got my pump and filter replaced by Poolmart. The service was excellent and Andrea was great in communicating. The service was completed before time. I would be going to Poolmart for all my pool needs from now on.
Excellent service from Pool Mart! A special thanks to Prabh, who was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with throughout our pool liner installation. He kept us informed, answered all our questions, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The liner fits perfectly, and the finished pool looks amazing. We’re very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Pool Mart to anyone looking for pool service.
Staff is so friendly and helpful! If you are new to pool maintenance they make it very approachable and easier! Great experience both times that I’ve visited!
Communication is a major issue—they do not return calls in a timely manner, if at all. On multiple occasions, commitments were made but not followed through, which created unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Reliable service and accountability are essential, and this company did not meet those expectations. Do yourself a favor, and source an alternate!
Andrea was fantastic! She answered all of my questions in great detail and made sure I understood everything. She was very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Great customer service and a wonderful experience thanks to her!
