We use PoolMart for our Airbnb in San Antonio. They do an AMAZING job on our pool and hot tub. Super Flexible and always professional. They email pictures every week and they list out the chemicals they used. We couldn't be happier with them.

I ordered a Jandy variable speed 2.7 E pump they got it there the next day had no issues with the pump good service good people I will continue to do business with them
Customer for several years, moved on, general decline in service and standards. Requested a technician call for cleaning and maintenance, tech was a no call / no show, had to follow up with office - tech showed after hours, smelled like beer, was a liability on our property and did not have equipment to perform requested services. Notified office afterwards, no call back, no literal work performed, continues to send a service call invoice…
