Customer for several years, moved on, general decline in service and standards. Requested a technician call for cleaning and maintenance, tech was a no call / no show, had to follow up with office - tech showed after hours, smelled like beer, was a liability on our property and did not have equipment to perform requested services. Notified office afterwards, no call back, no literal work performed, continues to send a service call invoice…

Have been awaiting completion of warranty service on my heater/chiller for over 3 months now. The excuses had been non-stop over the first 3 service attempts (poor preparation and absent minded tech) and now nothing but crickets. Calls are not answered and no ability to leave a call back message. A half star is the best I could give over this extremely poor service and NO follow up.
Exceptional from beginning to end! Natasha was nothing less than amazing, the part I needed was causing a massive leak. It was on backorder…so she hunted around for it, and found it. She took my calls, even after hours. In this day and age where customer service is desperately lacking, it was such a welcome change to have someone this wonderful! Then Edward came and installed. He too was phenomenal, a real pro. Thank you isn’t enough, y’all are the best!
