I used the Pool Man in the past and I was greatly satisfied however since they no longer service above ground pools I was left searching for another company. Unfortunately because of the Pool Man I was accustomed to a certain level of professionalism and courtesy so my search to replace them was super hard. They get 5 stars for their service when I had them and 1 star because they left me in a bad predicament without warning and no suggestions.

We used their services for a time and almost the entire time we had an excess credit balance with them After missing 2 prepaid services we questioned them about fulfilling those services They never even replied to our numerous emails or calls Then stopped coming all together Our small pool is inside which means no leaves etc to deal with and they barely even looked at it or vacuumed it Basically all they did was test it and dump chemicals into it Once we had them repair a piece of equipment located outside and whoever did it... read more
