If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT recommend. Do NOT use them. We had to find a new pool service as our previous one retired after last summer. We will never use Raphael’s again and you shouldn’t either. They charged us $450 just to take the cover off our pool. We asked for a pool opening which had always included removing the cover, starting the filter and an initial cleaning. This was with multiple other companies over several homes.
