There is always an issue that remains unfixed or not communicated about. We have hired another pool company to handle these issues. We had very high hopes, and contributed a lot of the ongoing issues to our property management company. It has taken months for them to change the filter that I was told we would have in April. It is July. They removed my filter from the housing unit, ran the system and didn’t say a word to me about it. Amazing service and friendly staff
Stay away from this company. They do not know what they are doing. If you do hire them then be sure you have an attorney as a back up. I have never seen in my life anything like that
