Do not use this company. Especially, for commercial applications. They’ve had my pool shut down many times. Can’t even to get them to pass a basic pool chemistry by the city and maintain it. The past week I have not been able to get a hold of anyone at the company.

Very knowledgeable oaf all technical issues and great customer service! Every time we have an issue with the pool equipment, pool lovers customer care is always available to check it out and resolve all issues quickly. I highly recommend their serices.
I cancelled service with them over 2 years ago because of overcharging and poor service. They kept my credit card on file and charged me for 3 services. I asked them for a refund and to take my credit card out of their system and they didnt answer. I had to close my bank card out and file a claim for fraud to get my money back.
