I had a great experience with Pool Leak Solutions. They were able to schedule me quickly and do a thorough inspection of my pool system. They were able to complete repairs quickly and actually resolved the problems I was having instead of a providing temporary solutions that I had received from other service providers. They had great communication and everyone was friendly and professional.
Pool Leak Detection , as a company were very prompt and coordinated. My repairs took several trips. They informed me of exactly when they were coming and pretty much everything they were doing and the work turned out very good. I was pleased.
I'm going to give them 3 stars because they did identify the leaks. They also fixed two leaks in the liner without any issues. And then identified the two LED lights had leaks as well. Now the issue I had, was the proposal to fix the leaks in the LED lights. I got the impression, the "technician," had no interest in trying to fix the leak, while keeping the LED light. I had two options, cover the LED lights in Epoxy except for a "quarter" sized whole left for the LED light for $75 per light but that fix was going to last "ma... read more
These guys did a great job. Called to let me know they’d be early. Finished the job at the rate we discussed with no extras and did it very well. They found problems I didn’t even know I had and fixed them at no extra charge!
