Been using Pool Kingdom for years. Purchased new pumps, new filters, (yes plural) and could rely on there services. Suddenly we can't get them to show. Twice they were no shows. Called and got the "oh, our service guy didn't show today." I understand things happen and rescheduling is sometimes unavoidable, but not even a courtesy call to reschedule?
