Everything went smooth. Purchase,installation,services all very good. Actually excellent. I was very impressed. They do their best to make everything right. Awesome, I refer people to them all the time.

The most condescending asses - apparently, they cannot swim, because instead of getting in their pool (to prove the chair didn't work right) they thought merely pushing down with their hands was the same as getting in - rude, arrogant - I will never shop there again - ever

Unprofessional and unprepared – Purchased a swimming pool from Pool King. Installer rescheduled twice, no showed/no called on final day of pool install. Delayed over 3 days. Three tons of sand sitting in my drive way....(mind you, four houses with 4-5 kids per house all elementary school age we have to deter regularly from pile of sand). Swimming Pool boxes sitting in my garage. Now we wait another five days for another installer to call us with a "possible" date. Has been great. I've been a loyal customer for many years, and have always received excellent service from the staff there. They've been there for as long as I can remember. I've had long waits early in the swimming season, but i always consider it worth my time. The advice has been excellent, although for advanced, detailed info I'd ask for the manager. Phone Help Needs Help! I've called the South County location a couple times, and the same girl has answered the phone each time. She's not very friendly at all, nor does she seem to know much of anything. Sometimes it's like talking to a dead phone line; no response until you say "Hello??? Are you still there???" Don't know about their service beyond this because this was enough to turn me away from Pool King and move on to another pool company.

Limited selection of pool supplies This place is okay, but they do have a limited selection of pool chemicals and their prices are about the same as other, larger pool stores. They do also sell pools and spas, and have a decent amount on display for you to check out.

Pool Place This is a ok pool place it is hard to get help. They act like they dont want to help unless you are buying a pool. So if you need chemicals dont go here to get help you will feel short changed. They also always have young kids working so maybe they wouldnt be too much help anyways
