Greg at Pool King has always been extremely helpful. He helped us when we purchased our pool and has been super helpful in our orders through the years. Our new pool cover was accidentally delivered to their store, and Greg had it delivered to our house which was out of their way. Pool King goes above and beyond for their customers. Had a great experience with them about a year ago, would have given them 5 stars. Now service is needed on our hot tub. Left three messages over a months time, no return call. Called today and explained to the sales department what was going on. Asked them if they even service hot tubs any more. The person I spoke with took my information and said he would have a manager call me by the end of the day. It's the end of the day and no call.
