Tom at Pool Innovations has been nothing but absolutely amazing with our project. We aren't located very close to Sydney and Tom has been generous with his time, always paid attention to the minor details to make sure our pool turnout out perfect. He helped us not only with the vinyl liner itself but the under pool repairs needed. Can't recommend Pool Innovations highly enough!
I can't speak highly enough of Pool Innovations. After a pretty unfortunate experience with another Vinyl Lined Pool Service company, I got in touch with Tom. He has been amazing, helpful, generous with his time, and has solved all my problems quickly and well. I really recommend calling Thomas if you have any questions, challenges or needs regarding a vinyl lined pool.
I was promised to ring back my call....... Still waiting 4 days later! No very happy indeed.
