I was suffering from lumbar back pain beginning in February 2025. I went to 5 different doctors none could find the source of my pain. My daughter suggested I try her doctor Dr Pool. Dr Pool immediately set me up for a MRI. After reviewing the MRI DR Pool found a pinched nerve in my lumbar spine. I had Lumbar Spine Fusion surgery in September 2025 and that appeared to help. Bad customer serviceI have been two weeks to call my insurance to do MRI every day they say tomorrow and until now I came to the office they say they will call you tomorrow.and I been calling 30 minutes no body answer MRI
Did a great job getting me in quickly. That is very important when you are in pain. Diagnosed issue and implemented procedure to resolve.
