Pool Helpers came through for me when no one else would, including my then current pool service company. Soon after opening the pool, I found a massing leak when the filter was running. Water was coming up from the ground and the pool was losing 800 gallons a day. I contacted 15 companies. All but one did not return the call or said they could not review the problem. I called and no one answered, I left a voicemail about issue with filter. This is the second day waiting for a call back, doesn't look like I will get a call back. One star is generous, they didn't have a half star option.
No call, no show. No return call either.
This company has a history of no-shows. I should have looked at reviews before scheduling my pool opening. Scheduled my opening over a month ago for this morning. I called yesterday multiple times to confirm someone would come out, no answer. Took a 1/2 day off of work today to watch the process & hopefully learn a bit about pool maintenance (new home owner). No one showed, and no one is answering my calls/ returning my messages.
