I was originally pleased with the work Pool Helpers did in June 2025 and rated them 5 stars. After contacting so many companies, Pool Helpers was the most responsive. The final bill was $400 more than the worst-case estimate, but I was happy to have them complete the work. Pool Helpers came through for me when no one else would, including my then current pool service company. Soon after opening the pool, I found a massing leak when the filter was running. Water was coming up from the ground and the pool was losing 800 gallons a day. I contacted 15 companies. All but one did not return the call or said they could not review the problem. I called and no one answered, I left a voicemail about issue with filter. This is the second day waiting for a call back, doesn't look like I will get a call back. One star is generous, they didn't have a half star option.
No call, no show. No return call either.
