Couldn't recommend Brad enough for any pool heat pump concerns. Knowledgeable, responsive, and just genuinely helpful from start to finish. Our Astral heat pump (about 5 years old) developed a leak, and Astral needed an assessment before they'd honour the warranty repair. Brad was hands down the best of everyone I called around Queensland, quick to respond and happy to jump on a video call to work out the issue. Pool Heating Systems installed our Madimack Elite Pool Heater and did a fantastic job. They are very professional and easy to do business with. On the installation day they arrived on time and completed a very neat and tidy installation and commissioning. I cannot rate them highly enough and can thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to install a pool heater.
