With the recent cold snap, we started having some issues with our heat pump. We contacted Pool Heating & Air to schedule a service call, and they were able to get us on the schedule. Gene was quickly able to identify the issues and was able to get us squared away. He also gave us excellent advice regarding our system. These days, you regularly hear that HVAC companies just want to do complete system replacements rather than identifying and fixing issues (i.e., technicians are salesman rather than technicians).
