We had a great experience with this HVAC company after some issues with the first unit being installed incorrectly by another contractor. Their team came out, quickly identified the problem, and handled the full replacement of the system at my parents’ home. When I had my house built, HVAC is one of the things I vetoed the GC on and handled myself. Pool Heating and Air did a good job and used better than contractor-grade components and at a competitive price. They also registered everything for warranty. When a component failed 9 years in, which can happen with any brand, they made the repair at the cost of a diagnostic/troubleshooting visit. I prefer to use local businesses and I hope this one is around a long time because they're who I would call.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They literally have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We built our house less than 2 years ago and they were the ones that installed our two units. The unit for upstairs stopped working so they came out and found a crack in the condenser line. The crack caused the coolant to leak. The coolant was replaced and then they had the nerve to send us a bill for over $700. Tried to tell us the warranty doesn't cover the coolant.
