We have a Hayward Pool Heater. It wasn’t igniting today and the error code was IF. I tried the trouble shooting advice to no avail . I called Almo Pools(my favorite pool store) and they connected me with Joe Almo. He responded and showed up within 20 minutes. He quickly found the issue and the repair was completed and the heater is now working!! All I can say is WOW WOW WOW!!! Great customer service and on top of that he’s a really nice guy!!!!
