Brian is a real professional. Could make it the same day I called and showed up on time. Turned out it really wasn't my heater, but a combination of things that Brian walked through and took care of. He started by inspecting the heater and saw that it looked fine. He then asked what rpm the pump was running at and fixed the iAqualink when he found it was broken. Great work at a fair price. Brian answered the phone and was very polite and professional. He had availability to come out same day and provided a two hour window for arrival. He arrived on time and was as polite and professional in person as he was on the phone.
