I have only been a customer of Pool Headquarters for two seasons and plan to continue being one. I'm sure there are other pool supply company's that have good customer service but I have found Pool Headquarters to be exceptional. The owners are very polite and eager to please. They are very knowledgeable and I'm sure that's from years of experience. I haven't had the need to have the service/maintenance yet but I'm sure it's great.
