I don't really do this, it has to be bad for me to take the time to do this. Well here is a snap-shot of my relationship with Pool Hands. These guys started off strong cleaning my pool, they did a good job at the start. Then we had some problems and found it incredibly difficult to get to a manager on the phone, it might have been easier to get the governor on the phone.
