Around Christmas 2024, my pool pump started making a rattling noise. I went to my usual pool shop, where I get my supplies, and asked for a technician to come out and inspect it. A week later, I got a call saying they could no longer come because the technician is on leave. I tried many times to organise another appointment and they said they are fully booked for two months! As a pool owner of several decades & in need of expert advice. From customer service to installation of a new pool pump, could not recommend the team highly enough! There are many pool companies in business but the Pool Guys are head & shoulders above the rest. Highly recommend their honest & forthright opinion. Definitely will use again in the future as a “go to 1st” for pool business.
