I'm not sure what happened as this company was great prior to this pool season. I scheduled a pool opening with bi-weekly cleaning service back in March for a mid-April opening. I did get a response saying that won't be a problem. To date, my pool still isn't open and it's May 12th! My husband and I have both tried reaching out multiple times via text, phone call, and email. Calls go straight to VM which states they are very busy. I am now looking for a new pool company who can open my pool asap.

I called to set up an appointment for a tech to come out and price me a pool. I waited around for an hour after the set time and they never called nor showed up for the set appointment, and when I called to ask what happened, they transferred me to executive services and then put me on hold for over 20 mins and never picked the phone back up. So I will not be recommending this company or any of their services to anyone and will definitely go with another company.
We’ve used 4 other pool service companies, and by far Pool Guru does amazing work, and communicates the best. Strongly recommend, and we have already started our services with them this season! Thanks for being the best Pool Guru!!
