Jeff did an amazing job walking us through our options and the process during our initial consultation. He was readily available and quick to respond to any questions that may have come up throughout the whole process. On day of installation Jeff and his crew were prompt, efficient, and left absolutely no mess. Afterwards he walked me through everything to make sure we knew how to assemble and disassemble when the time comes. Overall, I would highly recommend Jeff and Pool Guard of WNY!
Jeff, owner of Pool Guard, did an outstanding job putting in our fencing for our inground pool . We were concerned for our two dogs and young family members who will be using our pool, we feel more secure now that the fence has been installed. The material is great, it looks good and he sent us a video how to take down for the winter. Glad we chose Pool Guard!
Jeff was excellent, drove all the way to Syracuse and made a point to make us a priority. Completed the job in 1 day, hardworking from arrival to departure. Very pleased with their work, would recommend them to anyone!
I contacted Jeff to install a fence at my parents house that I grew up in. He was extremely efficient, did not overcharge, and was very easy to work with. In addition to that, his integrity was very high. Would definitely recommend Jeff to ANYONE looking for a pool fence to keep their pool safe!
