Lifetime warranty What a lie! After one day kids were play and land on it and bent it ,kids are between 70to 80lb I called the company and explain it and they said we will send you replacement post After 3 months on back and forth I understand that they just playing They not going to send anything So at this point the fence poles are not solid as they should and their life warranty it’s a lie? If I was buying on Amazon I was saving 75%
Punctual, reliable, and effective. This fence is beautiful… and to be honest, I didn’t even notice he had put it up at first! That’s how transparent it is!! Now I can rest easy, knowing my kids and animals won’t stumble into the pool. I also love how easy the fence is to remove from the ground. The pricing was also incredible for the value. We just had our fence installed today and we are so happy with the end result. The fence is very sturdy and Jeff was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. He even removed the previous fence and installed the new fence. We are so happy we chose pool guard!
Has a wonderful experience with Pool Guard WNY. Jeff was very communicative and accommodating of our timeline and drove all the way to Binghamton to install. We feel so much better having a pool with young kids knowing that it is more secure.
The owner, Jeff, and John did an amazing job! From start to finish, they were very responsive and on the ball. Install took maybe 4 hours, if that. They were extremely professional and kind and had the best price around. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks about our fence for themselves.
