DO NOT use this business. After paying a $4k design fee (thank goodness we didn't agree to pay him the full amount he requested of $30k+) for a CDC & pool design we have now had over 8 months with nil substantive progress on the project and Julius (the owner) uncontactable. We have also discovered his building license is expired. The matter is now with Fair Trading.
The first and worst experience. Would not recommend him to anyone!!! Extremely un professional and done an unprofessional job including the installation of the pool with evidence and report of the poor job he has done.
Under no circumstances would I recommend engaging any of the services of Julius Garofali. Absolutely disappointed and appalled with the dishonest and illegal nature in which the business operates. Julius agreed to provide us with a CDC, and at the time we were unaware of an expired building license. His license is still expired, and we now know that it had conditions attached based on previous court rulings. Julius is the most professional Pool and Garden Designer that we have dealt with, he offers you his time to discuss all aspects of the the design project and listens to what you want and brings new ideas and great suggestions to the table. Service like he offers is rare these days and is a credit to the Pool and Garden industry. Thank you Pool Garden Designs.
Julius was Fantastic from first phone call to finish product. Julius and his team produced a high quality job in difficult circumstances. The job was done with our best interests at heart and in a timely fashion. I Can't recommend Pool Garden Design Highly enough
