Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with PoolFX. From the most recent poorly engineered plumbing, leading to a massive leak and the entire pool draining overnight to what appears to be “hurried work” leading to shoddy details on pool ladder and edges of pool/spa, plaster color fading after one year and MOST disturbing… fixtures on our spa being installed incorrectly leading to our daughter’s hair being sucked into a drain and a stay at hospital for possible dry drowning, the list is truly endless.
