This weekend over the holiday. I was having issues with my pool system. I gave JJ a call and he took the time out of his holiday to walked me through steps to trouble shoot my system over the phone. No other pool company would even speak with me to try and adress my issue. I would like to thank JJ for all his help and appriciate everything he did for me and my family. It's not easy to find great people that actually cares about other. JJ is one of those people.
JJ is the best out there! I have always struggled to keep up with the pool maintenance and JJ always saves the day with his amazing customer service, always on time and a smile on his face EVERYTIME. I couldn't be more satisfied with the services I receive ; also very affordable and professional.
After the recent rains, our pool was filled with leaves and algae had turned the water green. PFS quickly took charge, effectively cleaning the pool, balancing the chemicals, and giving me peace of mind. Their services were truly remarkable, honest, and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend PFS for anyone in need of pool maintenance.
It took trying 3 different pool companies before finding Pool Fix Service and Repair!!! JJ is absolutely the best!, fair on price and ALWAYS shows up!!!! He constantly goes above and beyond when it comes to keeping our pool clean and our pump working properly!!!!!
