I have used Pool-fection, for 8 years, for repairs, to open and close our pool. I loved their service. The installers were always extremely nice and polite. But Amanda is extremely rude. And I will never use their services. I just received an unpaid bill for $120 for closing our pool last year. In August of 2024 our liner was torn and needed to be replaced. We hired Pool-fection to add a tile border to our fiberglass pool. Even thought the weather caused installation delays, the team never rushed the install and communicated updates throughout the process. They did a great job cleaning up after the installation was completed and I couldn't tell they were on site. Gary and team were great to work with throughout the process.

We purchased supplies from them and used them for service calls for a pool that came with the home. About a month ago, we purchased a pool from a friend of s friend, who works for a pool manufacturing company. When we called them about installing the pool, my wife was told they did not install pools that are not purchased from them and, if they did install, we would be low priority.
