I cannot recommend Pool Xpressions enough! My husband and I talked about an in ground pool for several years and Brad was incredibly patient with us. Every person we interacted with throughout this process was friendly and helpful. Once they broke ground, it was full speed ahead. The crew was working everyday and our pool was completed within the 6 week timeline they set. If you are thinking about a pool, don’t wait! Call Brad Taylor!!
They will not return your phone calls, they work for a day or two then don’t show up for a week and never show up when they say they will…and as it turns out they won’t honor their three year warranty on all pool equipment. I have a hot tub blower that never worked since they put it in. Not only will they not replace it he actually said he is not going to honor the fourteen months I have left on all pool equipment. I don't write negative reviews, but in this case I have $40 thousand reasons to write this one... I had Taylor Pool and Landscape contracted to re-build my Koi pond & waterfall. I met with Greg Taylor who was pleasant and polite upon our 1st meeting and I explained what I needed done. He came back a few days later with a lengthy contact outlining the payment installments and said the project would take 4 weeks to complete. He sent 4-5 guys to work on the project and every day, all day they stood around texting on their phone... read more
