I called up to get a price for a salt cell, I never got through the first time, so waited 30 mins and called back. The call was answered with the guy saying the company name, I spoke and asked if I could have a price for a.... he immediately cut me off and said yeah you called on the other line earlier ill call you back and hung up. It obviously wasn't me as I had never got through earlier and it was the same number I'd used to call him this time.. First up .... very good service. My first time was for a pool pump ... $much much cheaper than the competition and no drama or questions getting it. Next time was a Sunday with a dodgy chlorinator. tested and recommended a replacement that was better than what I had but would not require plumbing changes. The I explained I didn't have enough money offered for me to take and pay later (deposit though which was fair). I didn't feel comfortable doing that and he was more than happy with that. Complete waste of time. Called this place and asked for a price on a Hayward XL pool cleaner which they list on their web site. Was given a price and was told they had them in stock. Drove the 45 min journey to collect and found they only had the navigator V-Flex. I asked about the XL which we had just called about and the chap said they were the same thing just re-badged. Whilst there I checked on Google and yes the Navigator Pro is very similar but not the V-Flex. A complete was of my time and money. I said I would leave i... read more
