Ian was great, helped with the right knowledge to get my pool issues corrected.
Our auto cover got stuck on one side, causing the fabric to rip. We called Pool Doctor and Spa, and Bud, a knowledgeable cover technician, diagnosed the issue. He informed us that the cover was torn and beyond repair. After measuring for a replacement, we received a quote within a couple of days and placed our order. When the new cover arrived, the office contacted us, and Bud returned to install it. We highly recommend Pool Doctor for all your pool repair needs.
The staff here is amazing, especially Ian! They answer all of my questions and are always happy to help. I would definitely recommend them!

We reached out to Pool Doctor and Spa regarding a leak in our hot tub. The office staff was friendly and very helpful, and they scheduled a service technician to come out the next day. The technician identified that the leak was originating from the plumbing system and was able to fix it on the same day. We highly recommend Pool Doctor for any hot tub service needs.
