Pool RX is new to handling our community pool. They have done a great job this year. They are very professional. We had a bio hazard clean up which required shocking the pool. They came out promptly and handled it with very little downtime. They also replaced our filtration system and the pool has never looked more clear. They also came out and winterized our pool a few days after it closed, which we appreciated. Don’t hesitate to hire them for your pool needs.
Great job! Very knowledgeable technician.
Our hot tub Top Side Controller and Spa Pack needed to be replaced. It was still under warrantee and they replaced everything as soon as the parts were received. They were pleasant and easy to work with.
Brad did such a great job of cleaning my spa! He explained the chemicals and educated me for future treatment. Thank you so much!
