This place is HORRIBLE! We started using them about a month ago for bi-weekly cleanings/maintenance on our 6 month old hot tub. The first visit seemed ok, but the tech left the new chlorine bottle in the seat instead of actually changing it out. I figured this was just an innocent oversight by the tech, so I went ahead and changed it myself. The second visit 2 weeks ago, they again left a new bottle of chlorine in the seat without actually changing it, nevermind the fact that the bottle only has to be swapped out every 30 da... read more
