Had a very good experience with pool doctor. Would highly recommend. When I got in touch they answered and came to visit very quickly, they were able to figure out a particularly dilapidated pool situation and clean and balance it whilst also advising me on general upkeep, they also came back to visit to make sure it was all working out and the problem solved making sure I had the right mix of chemicals and explained how I could keep it that way. They damaged my liner when opening the pool and denied it. They left the pool murky and refused to come back and address the mess they left. They are the worst company ever! The response they made to this review is totally dishonest. They are lying about what happened! Do not use these scammers ! I paid over four hundred dollars to have them rip my cover off damaging the pool, throw some shock in and leave a green murky pool! Buyers beware!
