Pool Doctor in Jeffersonville took my father’s money in September 2020 (paid in full). They were hired to winterize his pool and they also sold us a loop loc cover in the package. Even though they were paid in full to winterize and install the loop loc cover, they never did the job. They were aware that my father was leaving his home to move in with me 4 hours away due to his failing health.
