Purchased a pool light for $680. Sales advisor said they could install while pool was full of water. They are now informing me I need to drain the pool. Also paid for an electrician to come out the same afternoon to wire up but never got a call from pool doctor to say they couldn’t install. The service was fantastic. Undertook a difficult install of a Maytronics Mineral Swim but handled it like a real pro. Polite, reliable and very efficient. Jeff was very understanding and accommodating. Thanks Jeff you have a great team.
