Rude, Unreliable and totally unprofessional. Previous owner and team were customer service orientated, they turned up as scheduled and would move heaven and earth to ensure a seamless service…however the new owner of this business is unable to even do the basics right..let alone leave you with a clean pool. There are plenty of other local pool servicing choices….so go elsewhere ..swimmart, poolwerx are far better.
Unreliable, unhelpful, unprofessional I booked a pool vacuum service to fit around their schedule which was 3 weeks in advance. I rearranged being away that week to fit into their schedule. I kept my diary clear for that day. I called early that morning as I had not heard a time they would be here despite requesting this in advance. Rarely do I write reviews but i often refer to them when making a purchase. I am compelled to write a review here for the crew at PoolService2U also known as Pool Doctor. I had neglected my pool for two seasons and so I contacted Callum for help. He and Juan did an incredible job of acid washing the pool, replacing up to date equipment and helping me balance the pool in a matter of weeks. Their service was amazing and i would recommend them for sure !! Thanks Team, awesome !
Excellent service
I couldn't recommend the Pool Doctor more highly. We worked with Lyle for our recent pool build, and he was professional, a pleasure to deal with, delivered high quality work, and took the time to explain to us how to best use the pool equipment / treat the pool itself. Thanks Lyle!
