The needed to look up Jeff's phone number and on his facebook page there is a very unfavorable review by someone that was very upset and I sense angry because he felt Jeff was not responsible or professional. This is not to excuse what happened. I believer the guy. However, I have experienced some of the issues that are mentioned in the negative review. My pool is green and I have been paying for monthly pool service. I had to clean the pool in between a pool cleanings. Haven't serviced in two weeks and won't return phone call. They just stopped showing up without notice. Very unprofessional.
