The owner Matt does not know how to run a business and should hire someone to help . We Can’t get a phone call back to find out about finishing work that has been sitting for weeks and was supposedly done and ready for the next phase. Guy shows up today after 8 weeks to tell me he can’t do anything until the stuff prior is finished. Which was communicated to Matt and fell on deaf ears. This is absolutely absurd and uncalled for. I do not write reviews and I have been on-the-fence on providing a review for Pool Design Concepts (PDC) builder, however I feel it is important that other prospective customers know what to expect and what they will 'get' if the go under contract with this company. They definitely will NOT get what they paid for! This pool builder is one of the most expensive in the area and I thought by going with an established name, that I was going to get top quality & service. Won't ever use them. Almost got into an accident because one of their guys was driving like a maniac on 64 (4/12). Hopefully they don't build pools like they drive
A great pool! The design gave us both the sound of q waterfall and the length to do laps. In both design and construction they really listened to our hopes and came up with a pool that realized them. In addition, we really appreciated the good work done by everyone who was involved in construction. They were prompt, professional and responsive in addition to doing great work.
Awesome staff.
