Previously the service was good, but during the duration of these past 2-3 months the service completely took a declined. Very unsatisfied, since the person in charge of cleaning the pools (2) at my family’s homes, started to skip days and led for one of our pools to turn completely green. We have been using Pool Connection of Orlando for over a year now after not really liking our previous pool service. Roberto is amazing. He is very attentive, promptly answers my questions or addresses any issues that arise. He is professional, kind, hard working and patient. He never makes me feel like I'm bothering him. He provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend Pool Connection of Orlando -- I wish I had found them sooner!
